E1: FORMEXTNS: Form Extension On Form Using Left OuterJoin Business View Gives "MSG317 duplicate key" Error In E1Root (Doc ID 3002802.1)

Symptoms

After changing a Business View, V3111B for example, to be a left outer join and adding fields from a table, when trying to add those same fields with form extension in an application that uses that business view,  the following error appears in the e1rrot log from the JAS instance:


Steps to duplicate
-------------------

  1. modify the business view V3111B to be a left outer join to F4108 using ITM MCU and LOTN
  2. create a form extension on application's P31116 forms W31116G and W31116I and add ITM LOTN and MCU
  3. error message "MSG317 duplicate key" appears in the e1rrot from JAS instance
