Symptoms

In ADD mode, when creating a transportation sales order with multiple lines, user changes the Scheduled Pick (Alias: PDDJ), Promised Ship (Alias: PPDJ) and Promised Delivery (Alias: RSDJ) Dates for the item in the first line during order entry and save the order. Then, go back and inquire the order details and see that the Promised Ship and Promised Delivery dates have been incorrectly changed in all lines and did not create new shipment number for first line.

Steps:

  1. P4210 – Header - Click ADD button to add new order. Make sure request date is 7 days from today's date.
  2. Click Save to continue to the grid.
  3. On the detail, enter three lines for items: A, B and C. See following: Scheduled pick = 02/16/2024, Promised Ship = 02/16/2024 and Promised Delivery = 02/16/2024.
  4. Before save the order, go back to the first line and change dates to future dates: Scheduled Pick = 02/22/2024, Promised Ship = 02/22/2024 and Promised Delivery = 02/23/2024.
  5. Click on Green check mark to save the order.
  6. P4210 – Inquire the order back, see that 2nd and 3rd lines now have incorrectly changed Promised Ship Date and Promised Delivery dates to match 1st line dates.
  7. Shipment number set to the same for all lines.
