E1: UBE: UBE Logging Enabled in Server JDE.INI Not Captured for Synchronous Child UBE Launched via Business Function Inside Parent UBE Submitted from Application

Symptoms
We have UBE01 that calls synchronous Report Interconnect (RI) UBE02 that calls synchronous RI UBE03. UBE Logging is turned on in Enterprise Server JDE.INI to capture logging in order to troubleshoot UBE3.
View Logs for Parent UBE01. In UBE jdedebug.log, log tracing stops after call to synchronous RI UBE02. Last line in UBE log is "Default output location for UBE02-version is ...".
Steps:
1. Fastpath P04571 Work With Payment Groups.
2. Find 69 in qbe(Payment Group Control Number).
3. If GC_PayInst is UPD, take row exit(Reset). Click OK in [Reset Payments] to reset GC_PayInst to WRT.
4. Take row exit(Write).
5. Click OK in [Write Payments]. Click OK on Warning. Click OK in [Check Number Sequencing].
6. Do not Click OK yet in[Printer Selection].
7. Launch Server Manager Management Console.
8. From Dashboard - Managed Homes, Managed Instances choose the EnterpriseOne Enterprise Server.
9. From Configuration box on the left side change View to Advanced from drop-down and select Batch Processing. Set [UBE Debug Level] to Highest Level. Set [Save Empty Debug Log] to Keep Empty Debug Log. Click Apply.
10. From Configuration box on the left side choose Logging and Diagnostics, in section Error and Debug Logging set [Debug Logging] to Enable Debug Logging, Click Apply.
11. Click OK in [Printer Selection]. P04571 submits Parent R04571 which in turn calls Child R04572 synchronous via BSFN.
12. Fastpath WSJ. Take row(View Logs) on Parent UBE Job(R04571_ZJDE0001). Check each box separately - JDE.log then JDEDEBUG.log.
13. Note Log tracing stopped after the last line "Default output location for R04572-ZJDE0001 is ..." in both R04571_ZJDE0001_job#.jde.log and R04571_ZJDE0001_job#.jdedebug.log.
