E1: RDA: MOBJ: Few Media Object Text Attachments Fails To Print In Custom UBE After Tool Release Update To 9.2.7.3
(Doc ID 3004454.1)
Last updated on FEBRUARY 20, 2024
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
This is an issue with few media object text attachments which fail to print via a custom UBE.
When the text of the issue attachment was compared with the successful one in F00165, the issue attachment had the following additional tag < div align = "justify"> tag?. This tag was not present in the text attachments that were getting printed successfully.
When you open and save the issue attachment again, while saving the text, the attachment editor removes the old formatting and saves it with new format by removing the following tag < div align = "justify"> tag? . This change helps to fix this issue.
This issue was not happening in the previous tools release 9.2.4.3
Here is the event rule that was used to fetch the attachment to get printed
In the above event rule, Step 1 is fetching the attachment in RV D_RL1000010_LetterText2 successfully. But in Step 2, when the fetched value is validated for a blank value, it is failing to validate it successfully and the process moves to the ELSE condition to fetch the attachment with language as E.
Changes
Tools Release was update from 9.2.7.3 from 9.2.4.3
