Symptoms

Interim process not following DBA setup limits.
Processed an Interim and ran it through a Final update, so the employee had PDBA history for the DBA Code.
Then processed another Interim Check for the same pay period and the Pay Period limit worked as expected.

Second test, changed the limit on PDBA Setup from Pay Period to Monthly.
When processed the Interim Check and the DBA Limit is over the setup amount.

Steps to duplicate:
Test 1
1. Added new BW employee 2202024
2. Added deduction DBA 2450 with Pay Period Limit = 5.00 and attach it to the employee.
3. Ran an interim test to generate history data for the DBA.
4. Ran a second interim for the same Pay Period to test the limits.
5. DBA reached the 5.00 limit as expected.

Test 2
1. Changed the DBA settings for Individual Limits to Monthly Limit = 5.00
2. Ran an interim test to generate history data for the DBA.
3. Ran a second interim for the same Pay Period to test the limits.
4. The DBA Lim is over. (.99 + 4.96) = 5.95
