E1: 42: Fields Missing in P4006 Order Address Form when Accessed from P4210 Sales Order Inquiry (Doc ID 3005701.1)

Symptoms

Order Address form (P4006/W4006B) is displaying different set of information when accessed from Customer Service Inquiry (W4210E) versus Sales Order Header (W4210G) form.

Steps to reproduce:

1. P4210 - Open Customer Service Inquiry form (P4210 / W4210E).
2. P4210 - Select a record, take row exit to Order > Order Address.
3. P4006 - Open Order Address Information (P4006/W4006B).
4. Observe there are only two records (Customer and Ship To) under Address type pane.
5. P4210 - Select a record and go to Order details.
6. Take form exit and select "Order Address".
7. P4006 - Open Order Address Information (P4006/W4006B).
8. Observe there are four records (Customer, Ship To, Forwarded to and Invoiced To) under Address type pane.
