Symptoms

Unable to copy business data from one environment to another environment using the R98403 report. The report is ending successfully but no data is getting copied.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Login in to JDE Client

2. Run R98403 Version XJDE0021 (this version is used to copy Business Data)
3. Enter the Processing Option as mentioned below,

Environment tab

Option 1 - leave blank
Option 2 - find Business Data - PROD as the Target Data Source
Option 3 - enter 2 (this will copy tables and data in the tables)
Option 4 - find Business Data - CRP as the Source Data Source
Option 5 - leave blank

Update tab

Option 6 - Use 1
Option 7 - enter A (this will recreate the table and copy data from the Source table)
Option 8 - enter 1 (this will Only copies tables that exist in the Source data source)
Option 9 - leave blank

Print tab

Option 10 - leave blank

Licensing tab

Option 11 - leave blank
Option 12 - leave blank

4. The report ends successfully but the data is not getting copied.
