Symptoms

The customer uses PO Dispatch in RSS to send purchase orders to vendors using BSSV. The cXML file is transmitted and but cannot be received by the vendor. It fails validation on the Attribute lang declaration. The element “timestamp="" lang="US">” fails in the XML validation tool with error “No declaration for attribute lang of element cXML".
