Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Voucher Match (P4314), the following error is received when the next number bucket for vouchers is at the maximum value of 99999999:

ERROR: Record Invalid (0002)

STEPS


1. Ensure the next number bucket for vouchers (SY04) is set to the maximum value of 9999999 in the P0002.
2. Attempt to create a voucher using the P4314.
3. When clicking OK to create the voucher, error Record Invalid (0002) is received.
