Symptoms

Login to HTML instance fails with "This site can't be reached" message.

In the WebLogic instance out file that can be found in WLS directory ( like for example .../Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/<domainName>/servers/<serverName>/logs)  these message can be noticed:
