Symptoms

It is not possible Using Query Manager to select the Location field in Item Ledger Inquiry (P4111) to retrieve all records with a specific predefined Location.

• The Location field in Header of Item Ledger Inquiry (P4111) does not have a + sign and cannot be selected for a Custom Query that always displays a particular Location.
• The Location field in Grid of Item Ledger Inquiry (P4111) is not listed in the Additional Fields selections.

The issue was reproduced with the following steps:

1. Start Item Ledger (P4111) Inquiry.
   1. Enter Item 230 and Branch 30 and click Find.
   2. Scroll to the Location field in the grid.
   3. There is no QBE field for querying the location in the grid.
2. Click on the Manage Queries Button.
3. In Query Manager, click on Additional Fields selection
   1. There is no Plus (+) sign on Location field in header. It is not available for selection.
   2. The Location field in Grid is not in the list of Additional fields selection. It is not available for selection.
   3. The Location field in the Item Ledger Inquiry (P4111) cannot be selected for a Custom Query that always displays a particular Location.
