Symptoms

While installing the ESU using the Web Client installation process, the installation process gets stuck at the "Process Initialized" status.

Steps to Replicate

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login into Web Client
  2. Open P96470W
  3. Install ESU
