E1: ORCH: E1PAGE: Screen stuck in "Processing" Status When Calling an Orchestration From a Composed Page After Java Update (Doc ID 3007710.1)

A composed page was designed to call an orchestration with CSV file input and this was working fine for a while. After the java update, it stopped working as the screen stays in processing status and never completes after clicking OK to run the orchestration from the composed page.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to the web client and access the specific composed page
  2. Click on the tile which calls the orchestration
  3. Browse and upload the input file and submit the orchestration
