Symptoms

The AIS server has been configured as Scheduler Server with or without using the Quartz configuration. The time on AIS Server is properly set and also the required timezone has been set up for the J2EE server the AIS server is running on by using the "-Duser.timezone=<TZ_NAME>" Java argument.

When viewing the next scheduled time of any scheduled job in Orchestrator Studio, the time is displayed with a difference of several hours as shown below, where the expected "Next Run" is 10:50:00, not 08:50:00.
