Symptoms

Every day many call object kernels enter a zombie state while executing the JDE kernel function named JDEK_SendUserListV2.

The DMP file generated by such a zombie event will have a call stack that includes the function named JDEK_SendUserListV2.  Here is an example of such a call stack on Windows Server:

The issue happens after upgrading to tools release 9.2.8.1.
