E1: 40: Order Activity Rules (P40204) Returns “285 not found in User Defined Code” (Error 018A) When Adding a New Status (Doc ID 3009402.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add a new Status Code to existing Order Activity Rules (P40204), the following error occurs.

“285 not found in User Defined Code” (Error 018A)
CAUSE . . . . 285 was not found in User Defined Code for system 40 AT .
RESOLUTION. . Enter a valid Status or use Visual Assist to search for a valid value.


Steps to Duplicate:

  1. The add Status 285 to UDC 40/AT (Activity/Status Codes)
  2. Go to existing Order Activity Rules (P40204) for Order Type OP Line Type S1.
    1. On the second line (280) move Next Status 400 to Other 1
    2. On the second line (280) enter 285 in the Next Status Field and click OK
  3. The program returns Error 018A “285 not found in User Defined Code” and the cell where Next Status 285 is populated was red.
