Symptoms

WO Header Ledger (F48019) Status Changed Date (DCG) is not updated when a manual change is made to a work order P48013 status.

STEPS

  1. Enable P3009 Activity Rules
  2. Create a WO P48013
  3. Manually change the Status from 10 to 20
  4. Inquire on P48019
    Notice the Status Change Date is BLANK
