E1: 42: P40051/P400511 Invalid Parameters (4375) Error Thrown when Creating RMA if Supplier and Customer Currencies Are Different (Doc ID 3015331.1)

Symptoms

The RMA Entry Applications P40051/P400511 are triggering error "Invalid Parameters" (4375) when supplier and customer currency codes are different.

Setup:

  1. P01012 and P03013 - Create an address number and a customer record whose currency code is USD.
  2. P04012 - Create a supplier record for the address book number. Set its currency code as CAD.
  3. P0010 - Company currency code is USD.
  4. Add an RMA - P40051, calling the P400511.
  5. In P400511, enter header fields accordingly. Enter the address number above.
  6. Enter grid fields and click OK.
  7. The "Invalid Parameters" error occurs.
