Symptoms

In Tools Release 9.2.8.1, update to JAS.INI PACKAGEDOMAINSERVER & PACKAGEDOMAINPORT settings using Server Manager not saved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. Go to server manager
2. Go to Jas Server -> Miscellaneous -> Package Discovery Override Settings
3. Update Override Package Discovery Server and Override Package Discovery Port
4. Click Apply
5. Refresh the screen, the setting changed back to previous value

 Upgrade to Tools 9.2.8.1
