Symptoms

The Fee & Interest Generation (R15160) only generates one Fee line if the General Ledger constant is set to Multi-Currency Conversion = 'N' (non-currency environment).

Steps:

  1. Set up the General Ledger constant Multi-Currency Conversion = 'N'.
  2. In Lease Master Revision (P1501) enter Lease.
  3. In Recurring Billing Revisions (P1502) enter two Recurring Billing for the Lease in step 1.
  4. Run Recurring Billing Generation (R15100) for the lease to generate Recurring Billings for the first period of the Lease.
  5. In Recurring Billing Journal Review (P150011) select the batch created in step 3 and take Row Exit Post AR Batch to generate the AR Invoices.
  6. In Work With Fee and Interest (P1525) set up two Fee lines.
  7. Run Fee & Interest Generation (R15160) and notice the pdf shows two Fee lines generated, yet only one Invoice was created for just one of the lines.
  8. In the jde log of the report R15160 there is a duplicate key/unique constraint error while attempting to insert into Lease Billings Master (F1511B) and this correlates with the fact that the second line was not created.
