Symptoms
After applying Bug 36257817 the Payroll Register R073012 for a U.S. employee is blank for Taxable Current Amount.
Steps:
1. P07210 Payroll Workbench, row exit Report Setup, add Payroll Register R073012
2. P07210 Payroll Workbench, submit Pre-Payroll with a US employee
Review R073012 and note the Taxable is blank for the current amount.

Bug 36257817 to fix a Canadian issue for the payroll register.
