Symptoms

When calling an orchestration with a file input from a form extension, below on-screen error is displayed.

Error executing orchestration <ORCH_Name>
Error ID: 98ORCH03


Below error message is captured in the e1root log of the logged-in html instance:

[SEVERE]  - [RUNTIME] EventOrchestraionHandler::executeOrchestartionEvent - response is empty:  <ORCH_Name>  


Debug log of the html instance captures below warning message:

[WARN  ]  - [RUNTIME] EventOrchestraionHandler.executeOrchestartionEvent() Upload to JAS Failed Error:  javax.net.ssl.SSLProtocolException: Received close_notify during handshake

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create an orchestration with file input
  2. Create a form extension and add a button to call the above orchestration
  3. At runtime, click on the button to execute orchestration
  4. When prompted, select the input file and click OK
