Symptoms
If a manufactured item has both an expired Master Routing Item Cross Reference (P4104) and an expired Item Routing (P3003), upon attempting to add a new Item Routing record using the current date, the system will incorrectly display the following error:
Routing Already Exists
CAUSE . . . . A routing was found for the entered item, branch
plant, batch quantity, and bill type. Another
routing cannot be created with these values.
RESOLUTION. . Specify corrected key information or adjust the
definition of the change requested.

Error ID 369R
Steps:
- Create a manufactured item (P4101/P41026).
- In Item Cross Reference (P4104), create an MR Cross Reference Type to another item that has a routing. Set the Date Expired field to a date in the past.
- Create an Item Routing (P3003) for the manufactured item in step 1. Set the Effective From one day after the Master Routing Date Expired and set the Effective Through to a date in the past.
- Go to Enter Item Routing again and click add; click in the grid and notice the following error:
