Symptoms

On an EnterpriseOne fat client with Tools Release 9.2.8.2, user need to debug a Table Conversion.

The ER Debugger crashes with the following popup errors when ER Debugger is launched.

JD Edwards Event Rules Debugger
Unable to establish connection with Broker.

JD Edwards Event Rules Debugger
Debugger initialization failed. Unable to continue. See logs for more information.



 


The following errors are seen in the fat client jde.log:




Steps to Duplicate:

  1. Log in to EnterpriseOne on a Development fat client.
  2. Enter GH902 in Fast Path.
  3. Navigate to Object Management folder.
  4. Run "Debug Application" to launch ER Debugger.
  5. Debugger crashes with above errors.
