Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When viewing Work Submitted Jobs (WSJ),
1. The UBE with Arabic characters (in this case) remains in status 'P' Processing.
2. The UBE never reflects status 'D' Done.
3. The UBE output can be opened and viewed without any error.
4. The log of the affected UBE (RUNBATCH) shows the following messages.

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. From Batch Versions search and select the UBE which will use Arabic characters
2. Submit the UBE and make sure that is submitted with "Print Immediate" flag on to a PCL printer
3. Check the status of the UBE in Work with Submitted Jobs and its output.
4. Notice that the UBE is in P (Processing) status, but the output of the UBE is available for viewing and can be printed from PDF viewer (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader)
