Symptoms

When attempting to install the E1 database component the following error pops up on the screen.

Also, in the installation log file, the following Oracle database error is recorded:

Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Launch the Platform Pack installer and select the Database Components to be installed
2. Select also to automatically run the database scripts
3. The Oracle Universal Installer fails with the above error
