E1: 43: Progressive Web Application (PWA) Displays 'Error Response During RestAction' for URL or PDF Attachments (Doc ID 3026948.1)

Symptoms

When using the Progressive Web Application (PWA), the user cannot open URL or download PDF attachments from the Mobile App. Customer receives error "Error response during RestAction".
Issue was also tested in Oracle environment and PWA did not open URL nor download PDF without any error.

Steps:

1. Sign in to E1. Go into Purchase Order Entry (P4310) and create a purchase order. Notice there is a paper clip indicating media object attachments.  Click on the paperclip.
2. Attachment Manager Appears and attach following:
        a. A PDF File
        b. A Text File
        c. An URL
        d. A JPG File
3. Save the order.
4. Sign in to the Mobile PO Approval App.
5. Click on the Purchase Orders Button.
6. Select the Purchase Order created.
7. Click the Attachments (4) link.
8. All attachments appear.
9. Click on them and notice URL and PDF do not open nor download anything.
