E1: OMWWEB: P98220W Row Action Object Promote Not Working For Project Status Other Than Status 21(DV) (Doc ID 3028704.1)

P98220W Object Row Action Promote works when project is at status 21(DV). After project is advanced to status 26(PY), object is still promoted to the DV package and not to the PY package.
Transfer Activity Rule for project status 26 is set up with From Location and To Location set to PY920 for Action 07 Promote. However if using row exit - Promote on the project, object is promoted to PY package as expected.

Steps:

1. Login to JDV920.
2. Fastpath P98220W.
3. Click ADD. In General Object dropdown select OMW Project; Project ID= PRJ5501.
4. Find project PRJ5501, Select.
5. Go to TAB(Project Members) select Login UserID, click [Change Role], change User Role to 06, click OK.
6. If Project status is not 21, click icon(Advance Project), type 21, click OK.
7. Click ADD - General Object - OL Business View: V550014A Description: F0014 All columns.
8. Go to TAB(Project Objects) select V550014A. In More Row Actions dropdown, select Design.
9. Business View Design:
- Left pane - Available Tables: Find F0014. Column(Select Table), click right arrow.
- Right pane - Selected Columns: check box[Select All]. Click OK.
10. In More Row Actions dropdown, select Check In /Approve /Share. Confirm Check In.
11. In More Row Actions dropdown, select Promote. Confirm Promote.
12. Fastpath Databrowser. Select button(By Business View); type V550014A, click OK. Popup {Data Browser - V550014A [F0014 All columns]} is launched. Close Databrowser.
13. Click icon(Advance Project), type 26, click OK.
14. In More Row Actions dropdown, select Promote. Confirm Promote.
15. Login to JPY920 in different browser. Fastpath Databrowser. Select button(By Business View); type V550014A, click OK. Popup {Data Browser - V550014A [F0014 All columns]} is Not launched. Close Databrowser.
16. For workaround option, go back to JDV920 browser session. Go to Row exit - Promote on the project, which promotes the object to the PY package.
17. Go back to JPY920 browser session. Fastpath Databrowser. Select button(By Business View); - type V550014A, OK. Popup {Data Browser - V550014A [F0014 All columns]} is launched as expected. Close Databrowser.
