E1: 39: Stock Valuation G/L Update (R39130) For Closed Period Returns "No Records Found" (025B) Error (Doc ID 3029102.1)

Symptoms

Client is trying to close the books for Period 12 of 23 so they can process Period 1 of 24. When attempting to run Stock Valuation G/L Update (R39130), in proof mode for Period 12, 2023 the following error is printed on the Report PDF file.

 "No Records Found" (025B)

CAUSE. . . . . No records were found for the search criteria entered. The values entered on the screen have found no matching records.

RESOLUTION . . Check the for valid values to ensure that a match is found.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Batch Versions and run Stock Valuation G/L Update (R39130)
  2. In Data Selection enter:
    • Company
    • Fiscal Year = 2023
    • Current Period = 12
  3. After the job is completed review the PDF
    • "No Records Found" (025B) appears in the repor
