E1: ORCH: After Upgrading To 9.2.8.x, Orchestration is Failing In Form Service Request With Error 500. (Doc ID 3029149.1)

Symptoms

A custom orchestration was created in TR 9.2.2.x or 9.2.3.x.  The same orchestration was working fine in TR 9.2.7.3.  However, after upgrading the tools release to 9.2.8.1, the orchestration failed with server error 500. 

If creating a new Orch using Process Recorder, the flow works fine in 9.2.8.1.
