E1: 77: P07OTO1 Shows Inflated DBA Basis/Amount on a Correction Timecard in an Auto Pay Payroll, P07210 (Doc ID 3029835.1)

Symptoms

In an Auto Pay Payroll, P07210, with a timecard entered to remove hours from history for one pay type and add those hours to a different pay type (memo hours only - no effect on gross/net pay), the basis and amount fields on DBA Detail, P07OTO1, are inflated for some or all DBAs.

STEPS:

  1. For an autopay employee, enter a timecard with negative hours for one pay type and positive hours for a 'memo' pay type (no effect on gross or net). *Make sure there are DBAs assigned to the employee in P050181 - EE DBA Instructions.
  2. Process payroll from the Payroll Workbench, P07210.
  3. From Row exit, choose Payment Review.
  4. From Row exit, choose DBA Review.
  5. From Form exit, choose DBA Detail, P07OTO1.
  6. Review the DBAs basis and amount fields for inflated amounts. EX:  99,999.99
