E1: ORCH: Messages for GT4311 Text Attachments Sending Blank/Empty Messages

Symptoms
Trying to send a text attachment from GT4311 via email but the text is not being included in the email. It comes up empty/blank. When testing other data structures the text is being included in the messages.
When testing data structure GT4311 using attachments it is pulling up the correct text as the output.
STEPS TO DUPLICATE
1- Verify an address book number that has a text attachment on P01012
2- Create the ORCH using Messages using data structure GT4311
3- Test in Studio using the Address Book number from Step 1
4- Notice how it says the test was successful
5- Email was sent to the selected email address but it comes up blank
