E1: 32: Configured SD/OD With Supplier Catalog Price Loads SD Cost But It Doesn't Carry Over To OD (Doc ID 3031202.1)

Symptoms

Configured SD/OD with supplier catalog(P41061) price loads SD cost but it doesn't carry over to OD

Steps
1. P4101 Create Parent Config Item with line type W, Inventory cost level = 3, Purchase Price level = 2, and Configurator Cost Level (CMETH) = 2 (parent).
2. Set a P41061 supplier catalog price for parent configured item (P41061)
3. Create an P4210  SD/OD order using line type D for the configured Parent item.
4. The P4211 UNCS gets loaded with the price that was set in step 2.
5. Row exit from P4210 SD to Related P4310 PO. Note that the PO has no price (cost).
