Symptoms
On Web Client WSJ P986110B View PDF/CSV allow Incomplete Download of PDF/CSV file when Job is in Processing (P) status.
PDF file is incomplete and error generated when opening the PDF.
CSV file is incomplete and opens successfully in Excel. Users are not aware that it is a partial CSV.
On fat client, WSJ View PDF/CSV generates error when Job is in Processing status :
Error Code 151H Invalid Action
Cause: Based on the current job status, the action requested is not permitted.
Resolution: Please retry this action when the job status proceeds to either "D" or "E".
In tools release prior to 9.2.8.0, View CSV generates error "UBE: Retrieve of UBE file failed. The file may not exist on Enterprise Server.".
Steps:
1. Login to Web client.
2. Fastpath BV. Submit R0005P|XJDE0001. In Printer Selection check CSV box in TAB(Document Setup).
3. Fastpath WSJ. Once R0005P_XJDE0001 job is in Processing (P) status, View PDF and CSV and download file.
4. When Job status is Done, View PDF and CSV and download file.
5. Compare PDF and CSV files - size and content.
