Symptoms

All development tools (e.g. FDA, RDA, Data Structures, etc.) are very slow on any FAT client when multiple language packs are installed. In this instance, 20 language packs are installed.

Steps:

1. Fastpath to OMW
2. Create a new project
3. Add P4211 to the project
4. Click on Design
5. Fetch Single Event Rule, this can take up to 2 minutes
6. Add P4210 to the project
7. Click on design, this can take up to 10 minutes
