E1: 43: Canceling a PO Detail Line (P4310) Generates Error 124T - Next Status Not Cancellable/Changeable and Financial Status Inquiry (P44200) is Not Being Updated (Doc ID 3036268.1)

Symptoms

We are trying to cancel a purchase order detailed line (P4310) however, Error 124T - Next Status Not Cancellable/Changeable generates. The status of the purchase order line is currently at 400/999 and the total amount for this line still displays in Financial Status Inquiry (P44200).

Steps

1. Create a non-stock purchase order (P4310).
2. Create a voucher and perform a Voucher Match using Orders to Match (P4314).
3. Change the Next Status Code (NXTR) in the corresponding purchase order detail line to be 999. The status codes on the PO line display as 400/999.
4. Reverse the voucher (P4314).
5. Inquire on the purchase order detail line and select the option to cancel the PO line (P4310).
6. Error 124T - Next Status Not Cancellable/Changeable generates.
