Symptoms
After enabling the "Associate Description" for a field using Form Extension functionality, same form fails to load in a form request in orchestrator studio with the below on-screen error. Note that it can also cause issues at runtime, if the form extension with "Associate Description" was created after creating the form request.
Invalid Application
Either this is an invalid application or you do not have access permission
Either this is an invalid application or you do not have access permission
Steps to replicate:
- Login to the jas instance and access P43025 from fastpath
- Click on Form Extension button
- On the form header, right click on Next Status field and select "Associate Description"
- Save the form extension
- Login to the studio using the same user ID
- Create a new form request
- Try adding P43025|W43025A to the form request
