E1: ORCH: Orchestrator Monitor Not Sorting Correctly on Date/Time Columns (Doc ID 3036626.1)

Last updated on JULY 23, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Orchestrator Monitor is not sorting correctly on date/time columns.

Date/time columns are sorted based on string value instead of date and time value. In the following example, "Last Success" date/time column should be sorted in descending order. However, October 2023 dates are appearing on top of June 2024 and May 2024 dates. In this case, December 2023 dates will always end up at the top or bottom depending on which arrow (ascending order or descending order) is clicked.

Steps to duplicate:

  1. Sign on to Orchestrator Studio.
  2. Click on Orchestrator Monitor icon.
  3. Click on the Health tab.
  4. Click on the Last Success date/time column heading so that an inverted triangle is shown indicating date/time should be sorted in descending order.
  5. Dates are not sorted in descending order. Dates in year 2023 are appearing on top of year 2024 dates.
