Symptoms
When attempting to click between Media Objects (MO) images, uploaded via Text Attachment,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
Security Violation
A Script injection has been detected.
A malicious tag was detected as in input from the client
**Your session will be disabled. **

Steps to Duplicate,
- Select application with a media object attachment, e.g. P01012.
- Select a record.
- Via Row select attachment.
- Select Text Attachment.
- Add multiple images, e.g. sample.jpg.
- After adding the 2nd image, toggle between images.
