Symptoms
The A/R Delinquency Fee Journal for Poland (R74P3B22) is generating fees that are less than the Minimum Fee amount defined for the Delinquency Fee.
Steps:
- In Work With Delinquency Policies (P03B2501|W03B2501W) define one policy.
- In Work With Fee Instructions (P03B2501|W03B2501V) define Delinquency Fee with Minimum Amount.
- In Customer Master set up customer with Delinquency Policy from step 1 and set up Category Codes for the Customer using Row Exit Category Codes.
- Enter one invoice for the Customer from step 3 so as it is past due.
- Set up Processing Options for P74P525 (PO - Loc. Finance Charge Processing (R03B525)) for Poland localization.
- Run Credit Analysis Refresh with Processing Options set to call the Fees report in Proof.
- Notice the Poland functionality was called and the Fees were calculated despite the Fee amount being less than the Fee Minimum Amount defined for the Fee.
