Symptoms

When attempting to self reset the password and clicking on "Reset Password" button, the password reset fails and "Sign In Error: Unable to send the password reset link." message is displayed as noted below:

The security kernel will log the following messages into its log:

Remark A: The "expiremin=720" represents the regular token lifetime, in minutes. Here this is equivalent to 12 hours;

Remark B: The date and time on this line represents the UTC date and time based on the timezone of the Enterprise Server (the UTC date and time at validation point). In this example the Enterprise Server is UTC-6h with no DST ON;

Remark C: The date and time on this line represents the UTC date and time based on the timezone of the JAS when the security token has been generated (the UTC date and time at generation point) minus the minutes the password reset link is valid.

Remark D: The date and time on this line represents the UTC date and time based on the timezone of the JAS until the security token will be valid.
