Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Escalation Revisions (P15016) is calculating Original Basis incorrectly if the Recurring Billings have multiple lines. It appears the amount calculated was based on all the Recurring Billing lines.

Steps:

  1. In Lease Master Revisions (P1501) set up a lease.
  2. In Recurring Billing Revisions (P1502) enter several Recurring Billing lines for the lease in step 1 on several years that would overlap and are suspended as of certain dates.
  3. In Escalation Revisions (P15016) enter one escalation for the lease and populate the grid except the Original Basis.
  4. Click on the next line and notice the Original Basis was automatically populated with a value that was calculated incorrectly. The expected Amount was the one that was for the whole year for the last Recurring Billing line. And it appears the amount calculated was based on all the Recurring Billing lines.
