Symptoms

 Payroll History Conversion is not updating F07353 (Tax Detail) with new CPP Phase 2 tax types C1/C2 and Q1/Q2 (Quebec)

1. From the Payroll History Conversion menu (G07H3), choose Maintain Tax History Conversion File (P07992).
2. On Work with Tax History Conversion File Data, click Add.
3. Complete the following fields and click OK:
   Employee Tax ID
   Payment Number (Use the number from the check Number processing option of the R8907350)
   Work Tax Area
   Tax Type
   Gross Pay (Amount of Tax)

Updating the Tax Detail Table

1. From the Payroll History Conversion menu (G07H3), choose Populate Tax Detail Table (R07992). Create a new version and verify that the data selection matches the information to be updated.
2. Run this program in proof mode. Review and correct the errors. Run the program in proof mode until all errors are corrected, then run it in final mode to update the Tax Detail File (F07353) with the tax history from the conversion table (F07992).
