Goal

Tools Release 9.2.8.2 provides you a Composed EnterpriseOne page, JDE Usage Tracking, that lists the below charts and applications that provide visibility into EnterpriseOne usage and user access.

 
Chart / Application Description
Application User Access Shows user access count by Application Modules in EnterpriseOne. See User Access by Application Modules in Software Updates Guide for details.
Application User Access – Based on Roles Shows user access count based on user roles in EnterpriseOne. See Application User Access – Based on Roles in Software Updates Guide for details.
Object Usage by Pathcode Shows object usage totals by path code for a specified number of days. See Object Usage by Path Code under Working with Object Usage Tracking Composed EnterpriseOne Page in Software Updates Guide for details.
Object Usage Detail Shows the tracking data such as object being accessed along with the username, path code, role, product code, object type, etc. See Working with Object Usage Tracking Detail (P98911) in Software Updates Guide for details.
Object Usage by Product Code Shows object usage totals by Product Code for a specified number of days. See Object Usage by Product Code under Working with Object Usage Tracking Composed EnterpriseOne Page in Software Updates Guide for details.
Object Usage Summary Displays data from the Object Usage Tracking Summary (F98902) table, which is populated by running the Summarize Object Usage UBE (R98902). See Working with Object Usage Tracking Summary (P98902) in Software Updates Guide for details.
Daily Peak Time Usage

Shows daily object usage by path code. See Daily Peak Time Usage for (Date) Chart under Working with Object Usage Tracking Composed EnterpriseOne Page in Software Updates Guide for details.

Login/Logout History Tracking Shows user log in activity based on users, clients, roles, environment, day, month and so on. See UX One: Security Activity Tracking Page for details.
