E1: JAS: Leading Space Character is Added By Default in String Field in ALL Applications (Doc ID 3038297.1)

Symptoms

Leading SPACE character is added and highlighted by default in STRING field in ALL applications.

Steps:

  1. Fastpath P01012.
  2. Click into Alpha Name field. Default space character is automatically added and highlighted.
  3. Start typing; the leading space character is replaced. If mouse click, leading space is no longer highlighted and is included when typing unless user press backspace key.
