Symptoms
When processing Hours and Quantities Update (R31422) over a S/WM Work Order to create IH journal entries, the system will populate the BC field (Billing Code) with a Z. This prevents the Workfile Generation (R48120) from creating Workfile (F4812) records for these entries.
Steps:
1. Create a Service Work Order (P17714 or P90CD002).
2. Add a Labor Detail Record (P17732 or P90CD018).
3. Create a Time Entry record (P311221) for the Service Order.
4. Run the R31422 over the Service Order.
5. Review the IH journal entry (P0011/P0911). Notice that the BC field (Bill Code) is populated with Z on both the debit and credit entries.
