Symptoms

When in Scheduled Work Order Operations (P313005X), if the user drags Work Center hours to a future date, the Reschedule Work Order pop-up window will correctly display one extra day beyond the desired reschedule date (this is the new Work Order Requested Date). However, the system will move the Work Center hours one day beyond the desired date.

Steps:
1. Create a Work Order (P48013) for a future date.
2. Attach the routing (interactive or with R31410) and note the Work Center used; make sure that there are hours scheduled.
3. Inquire on the Work Center in Work Center Load Review (P313004X).
4. Right click on the Work Order from steps 1 and 2 and select Reschedule WO to access P313005X.
5. Drag the hours (Load) to the next day; notice that the Reschedule Work Order pop-up displays the Work Order’s Requested Date one day after the date where the user dropped the hours. This is correct.
6. Click OK; notice that the system rescheduled the hours to the incorrect day (one day beyond where the hours were dropped).
