Last updated on AUGUST 08, 2024

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Orchestrator - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When an orchestration (ORCH) calls itself using a direct orchestration step or using a connector step, it cannot be shared successfully. When trying to share it using P98220U (User Defined Object Management) application, it displays the blue processing bar for a few minutes and then fails to share, without displaying any on-screen error message.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to the Orchestrator Studio
  2. Create a new ORCH (TestOrch1) without any component initially and save
  3. Add a new Connector (TestConn1) of ORCH type to call the above ORCH
  4. Add this connector (TestConn1) to the above ORCH created in step 2
  5. Login to the HTML instance and try to Share the ORCH (TestOrch1) using P98220U
