Symptoms

Unable to sign into web client, with the following errors:

Sign In Error: An unknown JAS sign in error occurred. Please contact the System Administrator

The Security Server is down or cannot be reached. Please contact the System Administrator.

Socket read timeouts are occurring for JDENET or database connections, as indicated in the HTML Server e1root log.
