Symptoms

1.  Sign on to E1
2.  Fast Path to OMW
3.  Create a project
4.  Add a table to the project
5.  Click the Design icon
6.  Click the Design Tools tab
7.  Click the Table Compare icon
8.  The YES/NO Confirmation window displays, click Yes and Nothing launches
